Choosing a service

Three ways a trip is booked

Almost every ride on this menu is one of three shapes. A point-to-point transfer takes you from one address to another and ends there; it is quoted for the route, so a Midtown-to-Tribeca hop and a Manhattan-to-Greenwich run are each priced for what they are. Hourly service keeps the same chauffeur and vehicle with you, waiting between stops, from a three-hour minimum upward. Airport transfers are one-way trips planned around a flight, with the airline, flight number and terminal on the reservation.

The specialist pages build on those three. Full-day and private driver bookings are longer hourly days. Monthly car service puts a recurring schedule in place. Events and weddings, North Fork wine country and Sprinter van service are usually hourly bookings with a group and a run of show. Late-night rides cover the hours when trains thin out and cabs are hard to find.

Vehicles and rates

What each class costs by the hour

The executive sedan seats up to three at $120 an hour. The Cadillac Escalade ESV class seats up to six at $150 an hour. Both include gratuity and fees. The Mercedes-Benz S-Class starts at $175 an hour for up to three passengers, and the Mercedes Sprinter starts at $200 an hour for groups of up to twelve. Every hourly booking has a three-hour minimum.

One-way transfers are quoted by route rather than by the hour. See the rates page for how the two pricing methods differ, the fleet page for photos and capacities, and the service areas and airports hubs for where each service runs.

FAQ

Service questions

Which service should I book for a single ride?

Book a point-to-point transfer when the car drops you and leaves. It is quoted for the exact route and vehicle class, with sedan and SUV estimates starting at $130 and $160.

When is hourly service the better choice?

Choose hourly when the car should wait or follow a changing itinerary: meetings, shopping, a night out or several stops in a row. Hourly bookings have a three-hour minimum.

Is an airport transfer a separate service?

Airport transfers are quoted by route like other one-way trips, but they are planned around the flight. Add the airline and flight number so pickup follows the real arrival.

Can one booking mix services, such as an airport pickup followed by meetings?

Yes. Book it as hourly service starting at the airport, and the same chauffeur and vehicle stay with you for the rest of the day.

Do companies get a different booking process?

Companies with regular riders can set up an account arrangement through the corporate page, with reservations handled through one contact path.
