Westchester County Airport (HPN) sits in White Plains, not in the Queens or Newark terminal complexes. Many trips are private-aviation pickups at a fixed-base operator. Some passengers are on an airline using the passenger terminal. Those are different curbs. A reservation that only says “HPN” does not tell the chauffeur which door to use.

For a private flight, put the FBO name, tail or arrival time, and a passenger mobile number on the request. For an airline flight, put the airline, flight number, and whether you want to meet after baggage claim or at a curb the airport allows that day. Check the county airport page before you travel if the airline or ground-transportation rule may have changed.

HPN is the local airport for White Plains, Greenwich, Stamford, and much of Westchester. A single ride to Manhattan is a quoted transfer. If the car then waits for an office, a house, or a second airport, book hourly instead of stacking one-way trips. Teterboro is a different private-aviation airport in New Jersey. Stewart (SWF) is farther up the Hudson and is not an HPN substitute.

Starting rates are sedan $120, SUV $150, S-Class $230, and Sprinter $240 per hour, with a three-hour minimum of $360, $450, $690, and $720. Tolls and any other items belong in the written quote.
