Have these details ready
The form moves quickly when the trip is clear before you open it. Most reservations need the same handful of facts, and having them to hand means the price you see reflects the ride you actually need.
- The pickup address, including the building entrance or hotel drive where the car should stop.
- The drop-off address, or the list of stops in order if the car will stay with you.
- The date and pickup time. For departures, work back from the flight time and allow for bridge and tunnel traffic.
- For arrivals, the airline, flight number and terminal, or the FBO name for a private flight at Teterboro or Westchester.
- The number of passengers and pieces of luggage, which decides whether a sedan, an SUV or a Sprinter fits.
- A mobile number for the lead passenger, and any request such as a meet-and-greet with a name sign.

Choose the kind of trip
Pick a one-way transfer when the car drops you and leaves, or hourly service when it should wait between stops. Airport runs, Midtown meetings and a Hamptons weekend drive are all booked through the same form; see point-to-point rides and hourly chauffeur service if you are unsure which fits.
Review the vehicle and the price
The form shows the vehicle class and the total before you submit. Sedan and SUV hourly rates include gratuity and fees. S-Class and Sprinter are starting rates; the booking form confirms your final price, which can vary with taxes, tolls and availability.
Submit and wait for confirmation
Once the request is in, the reservation team confirms the car, the meeting point and the contact details in writing. Keep the confirmation with you on the day. If plans change, call dispatch at (888) 995-3383 rather than booking a second car.

Does checking a price reserve the car?
No. The form shows the price, vehicle and terms for review. A reservation is complete only after you submit it and receive confirmation.
What details do I need to book an airport pickup?
The airline and flight number, the terminal or FBO, the passenger and checked-bag count, the drop-off address and a mobile number that works on landing.
Can I book a same-day ride?

How do I book several stops or a car for the day?
Choose hourly service in the form and list the stops in order. Hourly bookings have a three-hour minimum, and the same chauffeur stays with you between stops.
