Most trips begin or end in Manhattan: an office in the Financial District, a hotel near Central Park, a dinner in the West Village or a show in the Theater District. Midtown pickups are planned around the realities of the grid, so give the exact building entrance and, for hotels, whether the car should wait at the front drive or a side street. The Manhattan page covers neighbourhood by neighbourhood.
Brooklyn and Queens riders are often on their way to JFK or LaGuardia, and the Belt Parkway, the BQE and the Grand Central Parkway decide how much time to leave. From DUMBO and Brooklyn Heights to Long Island City and Forest Hills, pickups run door to door. The Bronx and Staten Island are covered too, whether it is a Riverdale home, a Yankee Stadium night or a St. George ferry connection.
Out of town
Long Island, Westchester, Connecticut and New Jersey
The Long Island Expressway and the Northern and Southern State Parkways carry trips out to Nassau and Suffolk, and on summer weekends the drive to Southampton, East Hampton or Montauk is long enough that an SUV with room to stretch out earns its keep. North of the city, the Hutchinson River Parkway, the Saw Mill and I-95 connect Manhattan with Scarsdale, Rye, White Plains, Greenwich and Stamford. Many of those trips are commutes or airport runs to HPN, and a regular schedule can be set up through monthly car service. Across the Hudson, Hoboken and Jersey City are a tunnel away from Lower Manhattan and a short drive from Newark Liberty.

What a trip outside Manhattan costs
Hourly service is priced the same wherever the car goes: $120 an hour for the executive sedan and $150 an hour for the Cadillac Escalade ESV class, with gratuity and fees included, and from $175 for the S-Class and from $200 for the Sprinter. Each hourly booking has a three-hour minimum. One-way trips are quoted for the actual route, so the booking form shows the price for a Stamford-to-JFK run or a Jersey City-to-Midtown ride before you confirm.

Which areas does Chauffeur Services NYC cover?
Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx and Staten Island, plus Long Island and the Hamptons, Westchester and White Plains, Greenwich and Stamford in Connecticut, and Hoboken and Jersey City in New Jersey. Ask the reservation team to confirm availability for your exact pickup and destination.
Is the hourly rate different outside Manhattan?
No. Hourly rates are set by vehicle class: $120 for the sedan and $150 for the SUV, with S-Class from $175 and Sprinter from $200, each with a three-hour minimum. One-way trips are quoted for the actual route, so a longer drive is reflected in the route quote rather than a different hourly rate.
Can I book a ride from the suburbs into the city and back?
Yes. For a round trip where the car waits, book hourly so the same chauffeur stays with you. For two separate one-way rides at different times, request two point-to-point quotes.
Do you drive to destinations outside the listed areas?
Longer trips such as Philadelphia, Atlantic City, Boston or Washington DC can be requested. They are quoted for the specific route and date.
Which airport is closest to my area?
Manhattan and Queens usually use JFK or LaGuardia, New Jersey waterfront riders often use Newark, and Westchester and lower Fairfield County are close to Westchester County Airport (HPN). The airports page compares all six.
